- Short sentences. Punchy. One idea per line where possible.

Oliver was on the train one day, scrolling Instagram, and came across vending machine business ideas. He thought: wouldn't it be amazing to run something that makes money without having to move a finger? His first call was to Josh — a close mate from Year 10 who he'd barely spoken to in two years. They started building. About 4-5 months in, William — already in their friend group — said he could build the machine himself. That changed everything.

OLIVER (22) — The marketer and driver. Works full-time as a marketing grad at Dulux Group. Suppbox gets built before work, after work, and on weekends. Came up with the idea on a train scrolling Instagram.

JOSH (22) — Helps run his dad's building business while doing his diploma. Has known Oliver since Year 10. First person Oliver called when the idea hit.

WILLIAM (22) — The builder. Mechanical engineering degree, just finished his bachelor's. Did two internships: one developing electric car batteries in Australia, one developing blood transfusion machines. He 3D prints parts, sources components from China, and assembles the machines himself. Currently building full-time. This is not a guy who talks about building things — he actually builds them.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT:
1. Cheapest machine to buy (for gym owners)
2. Most hands-off business model (for entrepreneurs running one)

The core insight: gym vending machines have a terrible reputation. They're $5-8 per item, dead space, and gym members don't even register them as somewhere to buy from. Gym owners have told the founders directly — many machines barely make sales. Suppbox fixes all three problems: cheaper, more range, better UX.

3. ENTREPRENEURS / WANTREPRENEURS — young Australians (and internationally) looking for a hands-off income stream. The Suppbox franchise model is positioning as the easiest, cheapest supplement vending business to run.
